I found the staff very helpful and friendly. I appreciated that they provided a plug adapter since I forgot mine. The kitchen was available and useful when traveling with kids. This was a plus for transporting luggage.
The sink in the bathroom was quite small. Water easily spilled when I used it.

The staff was always ready to assist me with directions and local tips. breakfast had a full english selection served by cute ladies. It made each morning start positively. i could also prepare a hot drink anytime using the available kitchen. this access was quite helpful after long days.
the tv was small, and i found the channels limited, it didn't impact my stay much. but it would have been good to watch some local news, this restriction kept me disconnected from current events. i hope they update this soon.

The hotel is within walking distance of both tube stations and bus stops. This provided very easy transportation. the neighbourhood felt calm, lovely. it was also safe. The architecture around was beautiful

I was really frustrated by some issues. the bed was small, only a single, and pushed against the wall! the sheets didn't even fit. the cooked breakfast was also disappointing with only one of each item like sausage and bacon. i also think the fruit was bruised. It looked unappetizing.
